Newcomers to Zero Carb often ask for recipes that they can follow. While there are a few recipes that require a bit of prep, there is nothing like keeping it simple with just one or two ingredients. However, keeping it simple doesn’t mean eating dull food!
Here is a lovely recipe that is both simple and super-tasty too! If you are a fan of feta, then look no further than these feta cheese stuffed burgers submitted by Claudine (a member of Zero Carb UK on Facebook).
These are three x 1 lb burgers made with minced beef mixed with some salt and pepper, then formed around a feta cheese filling. Grill or bake to your liking and devour…..!
