This post ‘What Causes a Heart Attack‘ is a great way to understand the role that cholesterol plays within our body, but also helps explain why cholesterol has been given such bad press and that really it is an innocent bystander when a heart attack occurs and not the culprit at all! The article is very well written and quite easy to understand if you don’t have a medical background or very little understanding of human biology.
As Dr Paul says, “We are born to eat meat”. So lets not fear the fat or worry about cholesterol. Eat what we are biologically engineered to eat and see how your health improves.
