Donner Kebab à la Rachel

Here is a lovely recipe from Rachel over at the Zero Carb UK group on Facebook. This is so simple, yet so delicious!

A great way to use lamb mince if you are at a bit of a loss about what to make with it, this makes an ideal Friday night in ‘Fakeaway’ (get it? Instead of ‘Takeaway’)…..

How good does  this look!


Here is the recipe courtesy of Rachel:

1kg minced lamb
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground coriander
1 egg

Mix and knead very well until smooth.

Form into a long round loaf shape and place in roasting tin.

Roast for 1 hr 20 mins at 180c.

Slice and eat.

Rachel made a dip of 50/50 mayo & Greek yoghurt, with crushed garlic stirred in for a lovely flavour.
